| Nowadays normal diets are quite bad, they normally have too much salt and fat which leads to the development of serious health problems. Everybody should have heard the doctors saying that they should cut on salt and fat, excessive salt use leads to hypertension which in turn can lead to serious circulatory problems. The fat also leads to circulatory problems and that's why excessive salt when combined with excessive fat can be so serious. The best anyone can do nowadays is to change the diet but changing the diet doesn't means that you won't have tasty food to eat.
